Week 3

Week 3 is solid. Feels good. Feels, different.

  • 🧘 Meditated 22 days in a row
  • ☀️ Awoke at 6am about 18 out of 22 days
  • 🏃Getting to the gym and getting a run in

Screen time is also looking way better! At least as far as the network entertainment attention vampire websites go. I don’t miss it for the most part. I think part of the reason for that is realizing how little value there is to them, how they do not serve, and are a hindrance to any sort of good life. Habit has me try to go to them, but there’s more and more space to catch it and close the tab. Anyways, things are looking and feeling good. Gonna keep it up. I will reclaim my attention and restore my ability to focus on the things that matter.
